Dhyana: Meditation, Mindfulness Techniques + Practicum

Prerequisite: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

Immerse yourself in the transformative practice of Dhyana — the yogic art of meditation.

This module offers practical tools to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and a deeper sense of mind-body and self-connection.

You’ll explore various styles of meditation, including breath-focused practices, inquiry-based techniques, body scans, the art and science of Yoga Nidra, and the art of guided meditation.

Through hands-on practicum, guided sessions, and reflective exercises, you’ll develop the ability to hold space for yourself and your students, foster concentration, and deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection.

You’ll gain the skills to seamlessly integrate meditation into classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions — enhancing your teaching with intention, skill, and heart-centered awareness.
