YOGA TEACHER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Join Bare Feet’s Team for an open enrollment mentorship program.
Through coaching and collaboration we will help you elevate your teaching skills, build your confidence, and educate you on our philosophies and culture.
During our 4-week program you will teach along side one of our seasoned teachers in a regular class. You will teach a portion of class each week, building up to teaching a full 60 minute community class. After each class, you’ll be given feedback from your mentor who you will work closely with. Additionally, there will be opportunity to learn from other Bare Feet teachers throughout this program.
The cost for our program is $499 and includes unlimited yoga classes. Many teachers feel ready to teach after 4 weeks, while some choose to extend the program to 8 weeks to really refine their skills.

Reiki Apprencticeship PROGRAM
Join Bare Feet’s team for an open-enrollment Reiki Energy Healing Apprenticeship, created for Reiki practitioners who are ready to deepen their confidence, presence, and professional skill set through embodied, real-time experience.
Through guided mentorship and hands-on practice, you will apprentice alongside a Reiki Master in a live class setting, offering gentle practitioner services to students during class. This apprenticeship supports the transition from personal Reiki practice into confident, ethical, and grounded practitioner work within a community environment.
Over the course of this 8-week apprenticeship, you will:
-Apprentice directly with a Reiki Master, receive ongoing feedback and professional guidance
-Provide mini Reiki sessions to students in a shared healing space
-Learn how to create a safe, protective, and energetically coherent environment where healing can naturally occur
-Develop clear, compassionate communication skills to speak with each individual about their mini session in a grounded and empowering way
-Learn essential cleansing and clearing techniques to maintain your own energetic integrity and non-transference vibrancy
-Practice reading the energetic field with discernment, boundaries, and care
This apprenticeship bridges subtle energy awareness with practical, professional application. You will learn not only how to offer Reiki, but how to hold space responsibly, sustainably, and in alignment with your own nervous system and energetic well-being.
The cost of the program is $799 and includes unlimited yoga classes for the duration of the apprenticeship. Some practitioners complete the program feeling fully resourced and ready to serve, while others choose to extend their apprenticeship to further refine confidence, communication, and energetic mastery.
