Julianne completed her 200-hour Power Vinyasa teacher training through Midwest Power Yoga in 2014 and graduated from the 500-hour teacher training program at Wild Abundant Life in 2017. Her primary teacher in Power Vinyasa is Deborah Williamson, who served as CEO of the Baptiste Institute for a decade. Julianne has also studied with and received personalized mentorship from Jim Bennitt and James Tennant of Tejas Yoga Chicago. She completed her Ayurveda Yoga Specialist training through the Himalayan Institute with Kathryn Templeton. Her continuing education has included studies with influential teachers Bryan Kest, Baron Baptiste, and Seane Corn.

In 2026, Julianne completed Levels One and Two of Spiritual Herbalism through Sacred Vibes Apothecary in Brooklyn, New York, and is continuing her studies through Level Three: Clinical Herbalism.

Her studies have carried her from powerful movement into Yin and Restorative Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda, Reiki, sound therapy, spiritual herbalism, and the therapeutic foundations of yoga.

Julianne feels most alive while educating and mentoring teachers. She has a gift for recognizing the light and potential within others—sometimes before they can see it themselves. Her purpose is to help each student embody the teachings, uncover an authentic voice, and discover how they are uniquely called to serve.

At the heart of Julianne’s work is the belief that yoga offers both an inward path to healing and a shared space of belonging. Through practice, we reconnect with the peace, inner wisdom, loving awareness, and possibility already within us.

Knowledge is powerful. Experience brings that knowledge to life.

Her dharma is simple: learn, live the teachings, and share.
