Mia is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who believes yoga is an invitation to come home to yourself.

Her classes blend the grounding foundation of Hatha yoga with the fluidity of Vinyasa, creating practices that encourage strength, balance, flexibility, and mindful connection. She approaches teaching with curiosity and intention, offering students space to move at their own pace and build a deeper relationship with their bodies and breath.

Her teaching invites students to quiet the outside world, turn inward, and listen—not only to the body, but to the mind.

Through yoga, she hopes to remind her students that they don’t always need to push, fix, or become something different. Sometimes the practice is simply being present enough to hear what is already there.
