Prerequisite: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification preferred but not required.

Elevate your yoga practice and teaching with Pranayama & Core, a dynamic module that integrates breathwork, core engagement, chanting, and the energetic mechanics of bandhas.

IN THIS WORKSHOP:

You’ll explore both foundational and advanced pranayama techniques, learning how to harness the power of the breath to energize, stabilize, and center the body and mind.

Through practical application, you’ll deepen your understanding of core activation and alignment, discovering how to safely integrate bandhas to support posture, movement, and energetic flow.

This module also includes chanting practices designed to enhance vibrational awareness and cultivate a grounded, meditative presence.

Delivered both in-person and virtually, this training empowers you to bring breath, energy, and core integration into your classes and personal practice — enhancing both strength and subtle body awareness.
