Deepen your understanding of the healing power of stillness with our Therapeutics of Yin, Restorative, and Myofascial Release Module, part of Bare Feet Wellness 300-Hour YTT. This immersive experience explores the subtle science behind these long hold and cooling practices, offering tools for nervous system regulation, deep rest, and energetic balance.
Learn to skillfully integrate props, sequencing, and breath to create profoundly therapeutic spaces for your students.
