Melanie is a pharmacist by training, a mom of two young energetic boys, and originally from France. She discovered yoga for the very first time in Chicago 13 years ago and was instantly hooked. What began as curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong practice — one that helps balance a busy mind, a full family life, and a love of movement.

She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Bare Feet, where she felt truly welcomed into a supportive and inclusive community. That sense of belonging continues to inspire the way she teaches today. Melanie’s classes are approachable and grounded, with an emphasis on listening to the body and moving with ease.

A true music lover, Melanie enjoys spending time curating playlists inspired by sounds from around the world. Expect classes set to music that travels — helping you move and breathe.
